Returns

Please contact us before making a return. You must do so within 7 days of recieving the goods and clearly stating the order number and reason for returning.

The item / items must be returned / exchanged within 14 days, after this we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Whilst in possession of items which are to be returned you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of them. If you fail to take reasonable care of the items we may have a right to make a claim against you for compensation. Items must be returned in their original condition; they must be unused, in original packaging, and if applicable, with original product tags and swing ticket still attached.

Returned items can be exchanged or refunded. This does not include original delivery costs and you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition, we will process your refund via the method you paid. e.g by PayPal or cheque. Processed refunds may take up to ten working days to appear on your bank statement.

We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods. We also advise you ensure the items are well packaged as you are responsible for any damage that occurs whilst the goods are in transit back to Druid Sports and Leisure Limited.
